DO NOT RENT HERE. Absolute horrible place to rent from. They do not care about the people who live here. All they want is money. Managers don’t know how to handle situations. Maintenance does a quick/cheap fix for everything. The grass rarely gets cut. Appliances are out of date. Very small for the price they are asking.

The apartments are a little small, but the beautifully kept lawn and trees, flowers, park benches, are a joy. My husband, son, kitty named"Tiger," and chihuahua, "Rosie" have lived here for nearly 11 years, coming up this October. Maintance is the best in PA. We have moved with jobs, and so we know.

Zane Rider

A good place to live in the area. Priced competitively especially with most utilities included. Nice location with Weis, Giant, Lowe's and other stores so close, and with access to 222. It was quiet 99% of the time, so that's another plus. My only small gripes are: my apartment didn't have an overhead light in the bedroom (fixed with tall floor lamp easily), and the walls are a bit thin. Overall, I was pleased with my stay at Springside Manor.
