I want to shout out management and maintenance for being prompt and attentive to different situations that may have occurred doing the pandemic which has been hard on a lot of people. The residents of GBE are very welcoming and I definitely have great neighbors next door to me, I have no complaints and if and when I do the staff is always available to assist.

The fact they use the "please call us" clearly shows they use a bot for bad reviews. They are threatening to tow a girl who works at Wawa EVEN THOUGH IT'S THE WAWA PARKING LOT NOT THE APT COMPLEX. Get your acts together & stop being greedy & rude as heck to that poor girl.

I have been here for almost 4 years. I love it here. The price seems steep when you start out but when you incorporate what’s included in the rent utilities wise; it’s not bad. You’re also paying for a great location. Far enough from Main Street to have things be quiet, and still very close to everything.A community is only as good as its residents, Lulu, so thank you so much for being an amazing resident here at Glenbrook East! We are so happy you love your home 🥰

People have dogs here, I saw cats as well. It is a quiet neighborhood, people mind their business but will help if needed. As far as security not sure what you mean but it is safe if that is your concern but I would always be on alert regardless to where I live, people are crazy in general even in the richest areas. As a female who lives alone, It is a place that I can come home to at night, late and not feel scared to walk to my door but I still would be aware of my surroundings while doing so just in case because again no place is 100% safe from wierdos and I am just very protective of myself anyway!! Hope that helps..
That would be a townhouse and it's all different places. There was a huge flood and we're in a lot of Muk so I wouldn't do it now or ever to be honest.

Yes. All the apartments are handicapped friendly, with an elevator to reach the upper floors and no stairs or elevated levels inside the apartments themselves. The bathrooms are not fitted woth handicap accessible bars, but could be if asked, i believe.
