In terms of a Home Depot, this is your average big box store. Employees are courteous and helpful. This is a well stocked store and my go to Home Depot location.

I tried to answer the survey online but kept getting an error message. Evan was super helpful and extremely polite. I hope to see him again next time I visit this location. He definitely deserves a raise for his job performance.

I'm giving this HomeDepot along with the others I have visited in the last couple weeks ⭐⭐⭐ Garwood along with the Elizabeth HomeDepot are great local big box stores offering the basics for home improvement. My review is reflective of the staff. These stores aren't crowded. There is a steady flow of customers...from the ones who know exactly what they need and where to find it to those of us who are familiar with our local HomeDepot but are there looking for a specific item/material to address an unexpected home repair. I have found myself in an aisle looking around with a staff member there stocking shelving and not with another customer acting as if I'm invisible. Is it too much to ask that the staff just offer a general " hi, is there anything specific your looking for?" Or "Can I help find something for you?" It takes 15 seconds to offer help. Is this not why people are hired to work on the sales floor? Staff members congregating and ignoring customers is something I cannot understand? A simple hello could be the difference from a sale to someone not finding what they need and walking out.
