Staff was entirely unhelpful and nowhere to be found the first 10 minutes I was in the store. They were hanging out BSing and too busy to help anyone chatting with eachother. Better off going somewhere else where they'll actually help.

If I could, I would give this place 0/5 stars. I have been shopping at this AutoZone in Garwood for the past 5+ years. The staff used to be friendly, caring, helpful, and respectful. However, recently, it seems that the staff has gone through a full refresh and unfortunately, has caused this AutoZone location to go downhill. The new staff are extremely rude and condescending. They refused to listen when I was speaking, spoke over me when trying to explain my reasoning, and attempted to blame me for their faulty product. I've been rebuilding cars for many years and the fact that the staff was questioning my expertise was completely unacceptable. I usually I don't write reviews, but I have NEVER experienced so much disrespect at ANY establishment before. I no longer shop here and take the extra few minutes to drive to the AutoZone on Route 22 where I am treated with a friendly atmosphere and caring staff.
