Dr. Punla is an amazing clinician. Kind, attentive, and explains everything in a way that the average person can understand. Facility is clean and organized, and staff is very friendly as well. Very happy with my experience here and I’ve been here probably 4-5 times now over the past year.

Disappointed and it was about timing with results from covid 19. We all know that we need to bring the negative test result before traveling overseas. Our experience was that we were promised to have a result in 24 hours did not happen! And when we cameback to ask doors where shut after they asked us to leave. Certainly not the treatment you expect from health care practitioners.

My husband needed a PCR test; we called our insurance to confirm that it’s 100% covered at this clinic, so he went in and was shocked that he needed to pay upfront for $150, no matter what. He went home and called the insurance to reconfirm (it should be covered)and asked the clinic to call our insurance, but the front desk refused and insisted that he has to pay, so he went somewhere. So……no service courtesy at all. Next time if we really need urgent care, we would avoid this clinic.

This is the absolute best urgent care around. The medical assistants are super friendly and Dr. Punla is amazing on every level. He listens and takes his time answering questions. The whole staff is very caring and kind, I never have any issues here. They are also great with children. Highly recommend!!!!
