I am so terribly disappointed with Denville Florist once again after giving them another chance. In March 2022 a close friend sent me a plant as a sympathy for the loss of my sister from Denville florist. She followed up a half a dozen times with the florist because I never received the delivery. And why, because a delivery was never made. After one week I finally received the delivery left at my front door, unfortunately I was out of town the day it was delivered and it sat in the rain overnight. Today I thought I would give them a second chance and I placed an order online mid-morning for delivery today. The flowers I ordered where an expression of sympathy for very dear family friends after the sudden and unexpected loss of her mother. Just before 5 PM this evening I called the florist to ask if the delivery had been made because I never received an email confirmation of my order nor a reach out from the recipient that they had received the flowers. The woman asked for the name on the order, she seemed very unsure that she even had an order for that name and told me she would call me back in a few minutes. I bet you can guess what happened, she never called back. 45 minutes later I called the florist again and the phone number was forwarded to a cell phone. I left a detailed message and no return call. How disgraceful is it that expressions of sympathy to people that we care about and love are gone unnoticed, unattended, and unfulfilled by one of our community businesses. I will never step foot in the store or do business with Denville Florist again.

I kid you not, for reasons outside of our control, we gave Ms. Rana a 1 WEEK NOTICE and she delivered on Memorial Day Weekend when no other florist could! There was a blast of floral scent when I entered the wedding hall and the flowers and table runners were gorgeous. We thank you for your professionalism and SPEED Denville Florists!! Highly recommend
