Every time I go here the staff has been EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Knowledgeable and I've never had to wait. I always shop here over Home Depot (I'm basically never happy with other hardware type stores) Prices are reasonable and I've never gone home empty handed. Support small businesses!

John D. is a huge help. He's been working there since the '70's. The prices are fair, but not the best. For $60 a year one can get 20% off of products that are not on sale. I have noticed that some items that are 'on sale' are only 2 cents less than regular price.Thanks for your positive review on our service. I think the anomaly you are talking about may the one caused by sale prices, which in any given Sale Circular are set by our Co-Op (ACE, True Value and DoItBest are co-ops). On more than a few items we decide to keep our everyday price at an exceptionally low level, to offer our customers the most competitive value possible. These prices are sometimes close to the Co-Op sale prices.
