I’m writing this from my own hospital bed here at the moment. I gave birth three days ago and I could not have dreamed of a better experience. Every single person I’ve interacted with —whether it’s someone from check-in or a nurse or a tech or the doctors and even the nutrition team that delivers the food to my room... Everybody is so incredibly kind, compassionate, encouraging, and generous with their time and energy. The amount of attention and care that I’ve received after having a C-section has made me feel so supported and cared for and I don’t think my baby could be in any better hands. A truly special shout out to the maternity ward nursing And lactation support team because every single one of them is incredibly dedicated and hard-working and seem to truly care about me and my baby. I could not dream of a better experience.

Nurses have the worst attitude. Extremely rude. Hung up on me when I called after my visit to get a supervisors name. I got the nurses names “Sherri and Kristen. Extremely u professional. Sherri went as far as telling an old man to sit down and shut his mouth when he requested water. Super ugly that Bryn Mawr Medical hires people with such poor attitudes toward human life. Couldn’t contact a supervisor so leaving this review to warn others about the nurses. Go somewhere else !

Amazing hospital! MainLine has some of the best education in the area. I am very lucky to be working at such a great institution with attending physicians who are passionate about teaching. The facilities at Bryn Mawr Hospital are excellent, everything looks brand new and welcoming. Could not ask for a better place to train as a family medicine physician!

Brought to the hospital with splenic injury and internal bleeding. Placed on strong pain medication. Treatment plan discussed with me while totally out of it. My husband never consulted on anything. No communication from surgeon who was assigned to me. First attempt to stop the bleeding failed. Husband still not notified before or after 2nd attempt was tried. After 5 days in ICU Discharged on Tylenol and cried for 2 weeks in extreme pain. No communication with family at all. Horrible discharge instructions. Still struggling with pain and side effects.
