A friend and I had lunch on an early Thursday afternoon. I think the Turning Point's good rep is earned. I would like to say that on this particular day, they were obviously understaffed and the staff that was there did a exemplary job. The wait to give our order and receive the food was probably longer than a fully staffed restaurant but we had nowhere to be and we were fine. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly. Good job all around.

I was looking forward to celebrating Mothers Day early at Turning Point. Ive been to the one in Blue Bell many times. This one... is terrible. We called in @8:30am to make a reservation @ 11:30am. We were advised we DID NOT have to call in to confirm after asking if we did. We arrive at 11:20am. We were waiting for 2 hours and 30 minutes combined between seating and having the food delivered to the table. Wait, let me add 20 more minutes because the MOM got her food last! No apology. No acknowledgement. Being completely ignored on simple requests like filling up the water. Back to the apology. Not once did we get an apology. I'm pretty sure the blonde woman was the manager. NOTHING from her. The servers for all of the food being late. NOTHING. UNREAL. There is a right and a wrong way to handle a backed up kitchen/being understaffed. This place isn't capable of doing it the right way. This place should be closed.

We met @1pm and were still able to order breakfast. I had a veggie omelet and pancakes which was very good. One friend had the shrimp omelet which she thoroughly enjoyed, and the other had the french toast with bacon crumble and walnuts on top, which she said was amazing! Even better was our server Isabelle, who was friendly, courteous, patient, attentive, and all around amazing! I will definitely be going back.

January 2022: wonderful menu selections. Good looks amazing. Very friendly staff. Nice ambience. Good vegetarian options. We had salted caramel mocha-chino, salmon platter, shakshuka, Cafe mocha french toast, etc. There is an option to pay via phone with a QR code. Overall great experience.
