Best Laundromat I’ve been to in Baltimore. Tried 3 different ones and this is by far the best place out here. I’m here for work and tryna find a place to wash comfortably and with badass machines.

I get here the owner is rude I called a him ahead of time to let him know I’m coming..Locks the door on me at 7:38.... he is leaving to go home at 7:40pm the business closes at 9:00pm not 7:30 regardless if I came at 7:38 it’s only 8 …Sorry you felt the doors were closed on you, but the last wash is at 7:30.

I get here the owner is rude I called a him ahead of time to let him know I’m coming..Locks the door on me at 7:38.... he is leaving to go home at 7:40pm the business closes at 9:00pm not 7:30 regardless if I came at 7:38 it’s only 8 minutes I can take my clothes home to hang them dry wash only take 25 minutes max... he says we are closed @7:30 if you don’t want to do your job you shouldn’t have a business...this is not the first time I had an issue with him neither I came at 6:00pm he gets mad and tries to rush me & my father out the door. Whenever the owner is there it is not worth going there to wash your clothes he has poor customer service skills I will never ever goto this place again it deserves 0 stars
