I have been to fluff n' fold on several occasions after my washer and dryer broke, they are small operation and could do better if they wanted to. First I would like to say, their employees are mostly friendly and helpful as far as I can tell, they do offer a laundry service for a fee, usually per/pound, they have several different size washers, several of which are broken, and about a dozen dryers, and I believe a couple of them are also broken or just worn out. The main issue I have with FNF is that they are open till 10 pm, yet I was turned away at 9 pm to wash and dry 1 small load which woul have take less then 1 hour? I am confused on the company policy which allows them to shut down the washing machines at 8:30 pm but still keep the front door open, and business light that says OPEN on in neon letters, while they fold clothes orders, or allow you to still just dry clothes? Most people need to wash and dry clothes, I think these people do not want to have to wait the few extra minutes it takes to handle a repeat customer. The only other issue I have had with this establisment was several months back I need to make change they would not give me change or allow me to use their change machine, unless I was a customer? that is how petty this business is, so unless you have laundry to do, you can't get for quarters for a dollar bill apparantly? This place is good for the occansional trip out, but if you come here for any length of time you will ineveity experience irrational problems as i did.
