I went in to Best Buy to purchase a gaming computer for my little brother, but I know nothing about what’s good for different games. Jake was awesome! He told me which computers would be good for which kind of games and helped me pick out a good computer that can be upgraded in the future if need be. I left my AirPods Pro (under warranty) to fix a problem with the Bluetooth connectivity. The issue was fixed, but they gave me the AirPods without Ear Tips. Technician told me that they can not give me the ear tips in Best Buy. They told me that I should go to an Apple Store to request new ones. When I was in the Apple Store, they told me they don’t be responsible for that problem so I have to spend 8 dollars to buy new ear tips cause Best Buy lost my. It is ridiculous how they work to solve tech problems.

This was the first curbside pickup that I have done where I didn't have to wait long. In fact, I believe it may have been under 5 minutes. The guy who delivered my item was very nice and had the greatest smile I've seen in a while from retail employees, which is not a easy job. The item was exactly what I ordered and is great so far. Thank you Best Buy!!!

Bought ab dryer. Got delivery, installation and haul away. Well that's at least what Larry told us. Come to find out. Installation wasn't included. Called customer service just for them to tell me how unfortunate that was for me. Should have just went to Lowe's like originally planned. All we purchased was disappointment.

They don't answer phones well. It ask for department. Maybe they should put department on the receipt so the customer can get ahold of a live person.

No you usually have to take it to UPS they send you the boxes for the equipment when you cancel your service and then you send them back in the boxes they sent you

To me, I'd recommend not even bother with everyone else because not everyone is your friend but, if you would like to go to Best Buy, I would probably not ask any questions and just go get what you need from there and come on out of there. Because they are probably just being cruel to you.
