Genova staff always the best. The place was packed but they handled the pressure professionally! I had an awesome carnivore selections of meat and cheese to go! I would have posted a picture but I ate my lunch too quick!

5 people behind the counter. 2 were making sandwiches, 1 was sweeping back there, 2 others.... maybe one was helping another customer. We watched someone walk out because there was no one at the register then it happened to my friend. They need to be more customer oriented. We almost left. And remind them to smile! If they don't like it there then work somewhere else.

Must wear clothing made fo fit your body, ie. No baggy pants or shorts that go down to your ankles and no ball caps worn backwards. Absolutely no man buns allowed or else! Please wear a mask that covers both your nose and your mouth and we will do the same.
They do take out....no problem
Yes large family size frozen one are available. They can give you individual servings as well from their food area.
Best place, yummy sandwiches and salads. Great people. Whole place is Italian. Go early or later...usually busy. That should tell you something.
