The restaurant was amazing. I booked this seeing great reviews both in Google and Open Table. We didn't regret a bit. Great food and service. We came in early at 530pm and it was great to avoid crowd... We will definitely come back again when in town!

This place was packed when I arrived at 5:20pm on a Friday. The only seating available was at the bar. At the time there was a Warriors basketball game showing at the end of the bar. I don't drink alcohol but the bartender kindly obliged with a mocktail. It was pleasant but slightly sweeter than I expected. I ordered a Gyro, waited and engaged in people-watching until my meal arrived. There seemed to be a lot of tourists with a sprinkling of locals. When my food was served it was picturesque. However, I'm not accustomed to a salad stop a Gyro. I had to approach it delicately with a fork until the mound was low enough to fold my pita without the contents tumbling out. The flavor was good, not what I expected for a traditional Greek food. The potatoes were deliciously seasoned and cooked perfectly. I would return here to try a different dish. The feeling I had was that of ambiance and savory conversation betwixt adult guests. Kid friendly? I didn't get that feeling here. Sorry.

Tarla is located in down town Napa Valley, right next to Andaz Hotel. We found street parking easily nearby. I picked up this place randomly with no expectations. Both I and my husband were so delighted with the food and good customer experience. The place was crowded on a weekday, but we were lucky to get a table straightaway. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We ordered Lentil soup. I had Saganaki for the first time and it was very yummy with mix of sweet and tangi flavor. I was also impressed with the fire presentation of this dish. While you wait for the food, they give you bread with Olive chutney to munch on. Had Rivoli for our main which was also delicious. We ended our meal with the perfect Traditional Baklava and Turkish coffee. Coffee was strong but it balanced well with our dessert. Overall, we are very happy with this place 10/10. We would visit again whenever we are in Napa Valley region. I also want to mention that, on each table they have small vase with fresh flowers and a cute little touch lamp. I really appreciate when businesses do little extra to make their customer feel little special. Thank you guys for a lovely evening.

This restaurant is undoubtedly better than any Mediterranean restaurants in the Bay Area! They have amazing, quick service. The servers are very cordial. And the food is super delicious - no complaints there. Their Saganaki is a must-must try. I’ve never had anything so unique and fantastic! We ordered the cocktails: Raspberry Ginger Mint Julep and Black Manhattan. Both are awesome, recommended. For main course we got the Lamb Kebab which had great spices and well-paired with roasted vegetables. Although, I personally did not find it worth $38.. For dessert we got Coconut Cheese Kunefe - it’s so irresistible! Caution that it is loaded with Ghee (which is needed), so order it only if you have space left for it. If you do a to-go, it’ll ruin the crunch and consistency of Kunefe.
