If I could give zero stars I would! The front desk person was extremely rude and not helpful at all! Trying to make an appointment for my mother is like pulling teeth! I wish I got her name. I will be doing a formal complaint! My mom just had a stroke she don't need added stress from a rude front desk person!

Receptionist has an attitude. Hispanic older lady. The entire staff can definitely work better at customer service skills. They all need extra training of some sort. Most definitely. There is no point of scheduling an appointment if you will still be waiting. Please work on your people skills and be nice to others.

This is by far the worst place ever seriously they will never call you back or even answer the phone!!! I been trying to schedule an appointment for 1 week now !! And still waiting trust me you don't want to go to his office.

worst experience ever. First off this place only takes cash. I arrived at 11:45 for a twelve o'clock appointment. Was generally treated bad by the receptionist. She called out the wrong name and looked at me like I was slow when I didn't respond. I was taken to a room but after an hour of not being attended i asked the attendant what was going on and she said the doctor was seeing other patients and taking an exam and would get to me eventually. No apologies , no let me see what i can do, I wasn't seen for 2 hours. I finally left due to the lack of contact with any staff. I asked the front desk for a refund and they didn't care that I was walking out. It was just an inconvenience that they had to give me my money back. No f@cks given about Customer service. If you can find anyone else you would be better off.

Rudy Avila I just read your review and I've gone through the same situation my neurologist is Dr.Mitri and I told him what's going on and it seems he doesn't care I don't like this place the people and my neurologist,I'm getting a new one ASAP!!

You need to let Dr Mitri know. I had that problem and it was fixed. I cant tolerate unprofessionalism. You need to mentioned it to doctors.

It's a hit or miss too many patients. Go in person, doctor over books it's fustrating. I know. Mitri is okay the situation is awful. However the doctor doesn't take his time like he should. If you can find a better doctor you might be better off. Medi-cal doctors only make 8 dollars per patient. This is why the over booking. I gave up on him. Doctors want a fat paycheck.
Good luck getting someone to pick up the phone. Just keep calling or go down in person.
