All the toppings seemed ok. Then some expired brown lettuce fell off my sub. I told the cook and saw her spitting in someone else's food. I'm never going back here!

Walked in and waited over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. There were 6 people behind the counter on a Saturday around noon. The only person in front of us was placing a large order and it was clear she had never eaten here. Still none of the other 5 people thought to take our order at the other register as the 1 employee continued to help with the large order. No one was in line aside from us, after not being acknowledged for over 10 minutes, we walked out. And still no one said a word. Aside from the lack of service, the dining area was not clean. Apparently the 6 staff were only able to stay behind the counter, only 1 register was to be used, and greeting customers (like other Firehouse locations) is not a priority here. While I type this review I realize the staff did not even acknowledge us therefore this will mean nothing to them, however this is a unclean and unfriendly location to dine at.

I would like to start off this place has incredibly good sandwiches.Costumer service was perfect place was clean.If you like sandwiches you should definitely try this place!you wouldn’t regret it.
