Nice folks to deal with. ANDY our sales coordinator he was very professional. We really wanted the truck they had advertised online but the price advertised online was an Era. Bummer , but we bought a truck that my husband liked. So far so good. Getting it detailed today. I would definitely recommend working with Andy . Chuck and the GM were very helpful . Took my truck in for tire repair after losing pressure in one of the tires two consecutive nights. Parked in the service express lane, and in under an hour they had found a piece of a nail embedded in the tread, repaired the tire, and had me on my way…all for $20. Not asking to pay more, but frankly it surprised me that it was that inexpensive. I like taking my RAM truck to the dealership for service, and with these prices and wait times, they make it an easy choice.

Bought a Jeep Compass Limited a little over a month ago. Ended up putting 18,000 down. Car has had multiple issues but none that could be “diagnosed” by them. Best they could do for a “VIP” customer (what they called me) was to give me 2500 off another vehicle. Money wasted down the drain. The best part is, they didn’t really care. My family has been buying vehicles for YEARS from them when they were Millers. I guess the change of name didn’t help quality of customer service. I highly DON’T recommend them. At the end of the day, I guess they’re feeling pretty good though. They all have some extra cash in their pocket. Don’t buy from them, especially the younger age group buying new vehicles. They’ll take advantage of you and take all the money you have and won’t help correct any mistakes they’ve made. Also the way my grandmother was talked to by the finance manager is completely disrespectful. Also when trying to trade in the vehicle I just bought from them they didn’t even know what they hold sold it to me for. Tried to say I paid 4000 less than what was listed. Overall horrible experience. Not even attempting to make it right. -10000 out 5.

You would have to call the car lot. Max Locks also makes car keys for all different makes and models.
