Ray came to my home, on time, checked out my aids and found they worked and needed no repair, and did not charge me!!! I love Ray !!! He also evaluated two aids that could not be fixed and again did not charge for that.

Ray has been amazing. He has gone so far out of his way for us its hard to believe. Once we bought the hearing aids, he adjusted them for the lifetime of the hearing aids for free. He has also adjusted my father's hearing aids for free even though my father got them for from the VA and not from Ray. I can't imagine buying hearing aids from anyone but Ray. He is so nice and helpful. Its nice to know that people like him exist in the business world.

Questions & Answers

I dropped my hearing aid on a tile floor and it broke would you be able to repair it as I have the pieces? Thank you, Karen Maher

It depends of if any of the electronics were damaged or not. If not I can glue it back together and have done so many times. If the electronics have been damaged then the aid would have to be sent in to a repair lab.

Hi Ray. Recently you fixed the up volume on right ear aid. It only lasted to you got out of my driveway. Could you check with mfg to see if there is a permanent fix for this problem and what cost might be. Thanks, Jack Parkerson
