Have twice used Tech2U and found them efficient, effective and easy to work with. First time was problem with multiple Microsoft accounts and I had a home visit. They solved it. Second time was a system clean up which was remote service and computer responsiveness was much improved. I would recommend them to anyone

This is my 3rd time I've used Tech 2U and I am very happy with the service they provide. Tony (Anthony) has been my latest interaction with Tech @U. He provided excellent customer service. I never felt as though I was being rushed or dismissed. I used to use a different Computer Company, but I could not get a hold of them most times and they once kept my computer for over 2 months for an easy upgrade. I would highly recommend Tech 2U. Thank you Tony for all your help, you went out of your way to resolve my issue and you were very accommodating with your availability.

Evan did a great job fixing my computer - it's now working perfectly and his expertise is greatly appreciated. My only complaint is that Tech2You employees must work with more than one customer at a time and I feel the work could have been completed faster if he could work with one customer at a time. My time is important too. But this is not Evan's fault and I can only state great things about him and his expertise. I will gladly call him if my computer acts up again. You cannot go wrong using Tech2You.

The service was absolutely fantastic. They called me everyday with updates, I had anticipated waiting over a week for my computer but got it back in a weekend, and the techs were very thorough and explained everything. Will definitely be using them again for future repairs.

They don't. You'll have to find a local used game store. Try the one at west el Camino and truxel shopping center, can't remember the name offhand. They fix consoles and are reasonable.

Tech 2u is very reliable. I like the fact that I can go and meet with them personally. I have had them fix things online. And they said my system during a ransomeware attack. They retrieved my data.
