It was cool to see the house. It's hard to find parking and there are lots of people going to see the house too. We ran up and took a quick pic and left. Just FYI, it is a private residence.

Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful house and I'm glad I stopped by. It's on a very small street. We pulled up and immediately saw the sign stating "Private residence, please be respectful." My husband says "No, let's not stop, we saw it!" There was a parking spot right in front of it, so I said "I'm just gonna hop out and get a picture, 10 seconds!" Well during that 10 seconds 4 other cars pull up to do the exact same thing. Suddenly I feel like a jackass tourist and I sprint out of there. It was not enjoyable!

My wife and I went to SF on a vacation trip and I didn’t want to miss this. It is literally just a house as the pic. Nothing special but I really wanted to go to tell my friends lol. If you have a car I recommend to make a quick stop and take some pics. If you don’t have a car don’t waste your time unless you are a big fan on the show.

Very nice to see the house that was one of my favorite TV shows of the past. The house would be easy to miss as it is just one of many beautiful homes in the area. We kept our distance out of respect for the neighbors. After all, the TV show was filmed on a set; not in the house. If you want to recreate the family picnic seen from the opening credits, Alamo Square is about a mile away from the "Full House" House.

Some are unaware but yes, this is the "Tanners House" as it is implied in the opening credits.
What do you mean?
The houses are private take your picture N go
No, you can't go inside. The pictures show a brass sign on the gate that says "Private House; Please be Respectful; No Tresspassing"
I looked on Zillow and it says $5,499,000. The list was removed on March 2020.
