Very disappointing experience. The reps in the store tried selling me a plan at 95$. Luckily I realized the SAME plan was available online for 70$. When I showed it to them they said, "Yes we can add the offer if you want". They also did not add the flex device to my account, and added a voice service for an additional 10$ which I did not ask for.

Yes, you can bring in a malfunctioning device and get a new one. There is a waiting line outside for about ten minutes during busy hours, otherwise it is smooth and hustle free experience.
