Take it to the store, because you will pay for shipping and handling.
Go to the Xfinity website for that information. You can usually drop it off at any Xfinity store also.
I agree with April. To ship it back would cost some $$$ out-of-pocket. Better to keep the equipment and take it back at your convenience.
