Very hostile environment at check-in for lab work. Super aggressive lady. Very unwelcoming attitude. I know they’re doing work on the roof but it seems like they are taking out their frustrations and those who come for an appointment. Just beware ! PS When I left I noticed she was diddling around on her personal laptop computer. She obviously couldn’t care less about serving the clients who came through!

I was told I needed to have an echocardiogram and someone would call me for an appointment. Two weeks later I got the call and the appointment was for a week and a half later. The gentleman who did the echo was great and I have nothing but praise for him. He told me to call in in a couple of days about the results. I waited 3 days, called and spoke to a young lady who said someone would call me back. No one did that day. I called the next day and there was no answer but a recorded message let me leave a message. I received no return call. I tried again...same results. One more time and I talked with someone who said she would make sure my message was delivered as urgent. I still have not received a call back. If this were the first time I've had to deal with this it wouldn't be so bad, but the same thing happened when I needed a colonoscopy. It took EIGHT calls over a week and a half before I got a response. This is unacceptable. Before Adventist took over, I never had any problems with the hospital. That certainly isn't the case now. Something needs to be done about this!

Dr Syrahan is was the Physician who seen me twice and both visits I was lectured, judged and I was look down upon due to not being vaccinated. Felt like I was bullied from the start as soon as he asked me why I wasn’t and that I could be risking others lives by not being vaccinated. After lecturing me for five minutes, not to mention I’m in the emergency room already feeling like death. I had politely asked him “Look I’m not here to be lectured or educated on why I need to be vaccinated I’m here because I’m sick”. So could we please continue with my visit. He didn’t like that response. I’ve never felt ashamed nor bullied in regards to my decision . It’s disgusting how one will treat you when they find out your not vaccinated. After reading all the other comments about the emergency room and how people are treated, I think I’ll just head straight to Willits hospital next time. As several other posted about this doctor and lack of help from this location.

I had to go to the hospital to get some lab work done. I was nervous to go to the hospital, but they made me feel comfortable and each staff member I spoke to was friendly, helpful and professional! They had sanitizer at every entrance and desk, and someone was wiping down doorknobs and desks with disinfectant when I walked in. The best experience in a hospital I've ever had!

Unless they have started one sometime very very recently (this was posted on April 1 2019) like no later than three months ago then unfortunately the answer is no they don't. I personally have occasionally (like 3 or 4 times a year) have small a flyers around town for a clean needle change program that would be temporarily Available for 2 or 3 specific dates so I can only assume that's the only time you will find that specific service in this area and I would be surprised if the occasional service the flyers are referring to is held at mcdh
