I still like browsing books and looking at the same tacks and shelves. I miss the chairs and benches they used to provide but I know they want to sell books not pretend to be a Library :-). Nicely organized store easy to find subjects.

I had a great customer service experience last night. First, I was looking for a Chess set and Dee help me find it and explained the different products. Then, during checkout I encountered Dee again, she noticed I was buying Murder Mystery and through conversation she introduced me to a new author. What I liked most was her knowledge and enthusiasm. This spills out into great customer service. Thanks Dee

If you like a huge bookstore, this place is for you. Everything is reasonably logically located, and one in doubt ask a store person. Doesn't hurt that it's multi-level and there's a nice Starbucks inside so you can sit down and relax if needed. Not a bad way to spend an hour or two I must say. My wife and I found several books on rving and travel so we were very happy.

The store sells beginner books for Spanish on the shelves near the mall-facing windows.
