I ordered 2 Chicken Sandwiches and paid for them in WV. I opened the bag and realized I had someone else’s order! I stopped into the Royal Farms in Frederick and showed the manager my receipt and she gladly gave me the correct order! I’m happy to say it gives you Great Piece of Mind to shop at places you can trust! Thank you Royal Farms!

This is definitely NOT the go-to Royal Farms location in Frederick. Often disorganized, and the food service is inefficient and at least one of the food managers is just downright uncaring and borderline mean. Stopped in to pick up dinner for the family, but now am waiting nearly 25 minutes, with nothing but an attitude. I feel bad for the food service associate who I actually think was trying to help me.

Company should train the associates in this location. I came here today to order a 50 piece plater, which I had ordered before in this location. An associate shouted at me when I was making the payment, very rudely shouted that I need to make an 24 hour advance notice or it’ll take 45 min. Later added that I should listen to the radio. I understand it is busy at noon time, I can make adjustment to the order or cancel it. But what did I do to deserve to be shouted at? Royal Farms really need to train employees better. In addition, if it really need 24 hour advance notice or need to take longer than 20 min., the ordering system should give an warning message. I was a regular to this location and had ordered the player many times, but I will not go to this location anymore. What a shame!
