This post office makes up for the terrible other ones! The employees are helpful and nice. It's clean and typically quick service.

I'm changing my 4-star review to 1 because of increasingly unreliable mail delivery. The post office is fully aware that our mailbox area is automatically locked at 4 p.m. For the last 2 weeks we didn't even have a delivery at least one day each week. I missed receiving medications one day and hearing aid supplies were delayed by two days. Nearly every time Amazon orders are handed off to USPS they're delayed by one or more days.

It should be no secret USPS has its issues. But the Windsor location is as good as it gets. I had a internet based business in Sonoma County for 10+ years. This was the only place I trusted to get a P.O. Box and send packages. My only advice is if you are a retail customer avoid after 3pm because the lines get ridiculous.

Questions & Answers

Greetings peeps. I’ve got a Visa gift card that I bought to pay off a lease to own laptop. Can I use this Visa gift card to buy the money order from the USPS?

Not unless you know the pin for the visa card. No where that i know of will let you purchase a money order with any visa or master card unless you know the pin, they will not take it on a credit charge.

Do you take the passport photo?

You can go online to the USPS Post Office in Windsor put in a request or you can go in personally and give them a request and that should take care of it if not you can go to the main post office and ask the head postmaster for assistance
