Love the place, made great relationships with all the employees. So nice and energetic all the time. Easiest people to talk to and love a place where I can come and just have a conversation as well as be comfortable in the whole process of donating! Love everybody in the upland facility definitely recommended.

I don’t know if many people are fans of being poked and prodded on a weekly basis, but the staff of this location make it tolerable. Even at opening time, they’re usually in good spirits and make the process easier to get through. I’ve been donating for a while and I don’t know if I would’ve kept doing it if it wasn’t for the friendly staff. Most have really good chemistry and they make everyone around comfortable.

The staff here is amazing and very kind. They handle each donor in a timely manner, I'm in and out in about a hour. Depending on how fast you donate. I live in San bdno, but I much rather driver out here due to the staff. The place is clean and all the staff is very professional. They also give a good payout per donation and bonuses. Each month they give new good pay outs.

U need to make sure your i.d or license match your social security card it has to be exact same name on both one cant have jr on it and the other doesnt if that was the case the first and last name have to be exact on both and u need to bring proof of address with your name on it . Your driver's license and your social security card that matches EXACTLY the name on the license. And your address isn't the same as the one on your license, you need mail like a bank statement or utility bill that has your license on it.
Bring 2 forms of I'd, prepare to wait a few hrs for screening process. Drink plenty of water and a healthy meal 3to4 hrs prior to. Itll be smooth.and if u give them a referral name they get paid 100 on ur 4th donation.i donate twice a week.
Yes You can donate 2 times in a 7 day period. However, you can not go back day only fwd. Meaning if you are donating on Tuesdays and Thursdays but you want to change your days to Mondays and Wednesdays then you would have to skip your Thursday to start all over for the next week. Then you'll be able to start on that Monday and begin again on Wednesday. But if you want to go back to your original date so Tuesday Thursday then you'll have to skip that Wednesday and start over the next week on Tuesday. Hope that helps

I go to Biomat and my Daughter was going to CSL but I wanted her to go to Biomat. They said she had to wait 7 days and then go in.

Twice in a seven day period, not twice in a week. For example, if you go Tuesday and Friday. You can't go again until the following Tuesday. Even though Sunday would start a new week, it hasn't been seven days for you.

Yes, cause there allowed in initial screening area, but once u get screened in and pass and go to the back for setup, the only ones allowed are the ones approved for procedure, but I'm pretty sure if u ask like look I have no one else to leave them with, they might let the child accompany you to the back and allowed to sit in the seating/recovery area till finished.

The new schedule goes for first donor is 50,50,75. Then regular pay rates. That is 25$ for first visit and each visit afterwards the rate goes up 5$. Some months you can donate up to 9 times but pretty much always 8times a month.i just donated again yesterday. And if you know someone who already goes give them there name and that person gets 100 referral bonus on your 4th donation. I split it. And they changed it from just being able to walk in and get fully screened and processed and donating the first day. Now new donors have to set up an appointment for first initial screening.

That depends on the individual person. The needle is much larger than the standard needle you might be used to.
The only receive a $75 referral donation for every person you referral. But you only get that $75 after they complete their third donation and you don't eat after them then they will put that $25 on your card.

I've been donating for more than 18 years and the one thing I would suggest is to work out your arm like exercise it. Drink plenty of water, have a good meal before and after. And another thing that I do is a stick to the same person or persons that I feel no discomfort in when they stick me. So it's always good to have a group of phlebotomist that know what they're doing and you only asked for them.
