Can anyone come here and get trained or do you need to have prior expirence? Also are there trainers available or is it just a gym that you can come and go to?

Anyone is welcome I came in 12 weeks ago with 0 experience and am more than happy with the progress I've made There is classes but I've been doing 1 on 1 sessions with the coach hes been amazing and really has a passion for the sport
