Worthless that they no longer take public drop offs! To the landfill it goes!

cear is possibly the worst company to work for in rancho cordova. The compensation is absolutely atrocious. guys been working there for 10-15 years barely making 15 dollars a hour. the management is a complete joke. unless you work at a desk up stairs your treated like a commodity. the supervisors are paid less than 75 percent of the businesses in California. No x mas bonuses, 3 days of sick leave A YEAR!! no real in house promotions . they would rather pick up employees that have been fired from other companies. flat out just a terrible company to work for.
