Appointment required for in-branch notary service, free for account holders. Made appointment online via the website and could book as soon as the next day. Notary was on time, polite and professional. Took about 15 minutes to get one piece of paper notarized. Facility requires masks, social distancing, and diligently wipes down desk space between customers. Desk shields and barriers at counters. Hand sanitizer stations at entrance.

Been banking with redwood for many years, and got no notice of them changing their hours, closing at 5 mon. to fri. and 2 on Sat. come on redwood how are people supposed to do any banking after work.

Our Petaluma Branch is open Mon-Fri until 6pm, and Saturdays until 4pm. The only day we close early is Christmas Eve, when we close at 4 pm. Please note that this branch is also closed on Federal Holidays.
When you receive a new credit or debit card, you can immediately activate your new card by phone, online or by using your mobile device. Information on how to activate your cards is available on our website.
