An absolutely amazing job!!! After my extensive preliminary researching of moving companies online (and a number of initial screening phone calls to prospective companies, themselves), I selected Litemovers as our mover. At every subsequent step of the way, my confidence in Litemovers was confirmed and rewarded... over and over again. The staff were professional, responsive, detail-oriented, and organized. But, what's more, they were authentically kind, caring, and empathetic. Every moving company will tell you they understand the underlying customer 'emotions' surrounding a major home move. Yet, few do in real practice. For them, it's often simply about physically and logistically moving furniture and boxes. Litemovers really got it on a deeper level, though. They truly understood that moving is actually about a life change for the people who are moving. In all my interactions, they were calm, patient, and accommodating. They listened intently. It honestly felt, at times, like we were working with caring friends, not a company. The actual moving crew was punctual, prepared, professional, and committed to working hard. They fully accomodated, without pushback, my request that the crew members all wear masks while inside. When a few small items cropped up during the move (relatively minor damage to a 2 pieces), Litemovers went above and beyond to make things right. Quickly and completely. Moving is a hard and stressful endeavor. Litemovers made the process so much smoother, kinder, and less stressful. Great work!!!

I can't say enough great things about the team that helped us move this past week. They were incredibly professional, super friendly and really helped to lighten the mood during our move. We've moved four times in the past 7 years and have had some awful experiences, so we were definitely very stressed thinking about this move. The team (Robert, Larry, Isaac, Omar, Kareem) went above and beyond and although we hope to not move any time soon, we wouldn't pick anyone else to ever move us again. I really can't say enough great things about these guys. They were quick, super careful with our stuff, and made sure that everything was in the right place. They were also very good about the fact that I forgot to label some boxes and made sure to ask where I wanted everything. If you are thinking of moving, definitely call Lite Movers, I promise you won't regret it!
