I had my tankless water heater maintenance serviced with Richard Tirado & he was absolutely awesome! He convinced me to get the gold annual membership pack for my other needs in my home as well (AC unit, Heating, Plumbing, etc.) I bought the service because it was so worth it. He was very professional and let us know how long the appointment would take, and was very thorough with informing us of what we needed. I really appreciate him & look forward to specifically requesting him for my services for my home. They also have a 24/7 emergency service they provide. This company is awesome.
