customer service in here is horrible in here the fact that they rather make customer connections and talk to every customer for 45 mins about non sense instead of helping customers

No gift cards are strictly gift cards. Once money is on you cant take it off and nothing more can be added
If I remember correctly you can pay any bill there. They will most likely charge you extra
