This place smelled like weed and bad decisions. The rooms are infested with Roaches and I informed the lady at the front desk....she didn't care. I do not recommend this place and it needs to be shut down!!!!

Dirtiest place. The bathroom smells terrible and a lot of hairs in the wall from previous guest for sure. Stain is thick on the sink and the room smells very bad and my kid got a bed bugs bite. The aircon is not working and they transfered us to the other room which is more smelly and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. This facility should be inspected.

The room was NOTHING like advertised. The carpet was torn up and the room smelled strong of must. The refrigerator molding was full of mold, mind you my wife is allergic to mold so this didn't sit well. I would NEVER stay here again and DO NOT recommend anyone else to stay here. Very outdated and dirty

I stayed at the other extended stay before across the street and I was treated horrible at that location all because of my dog from that time was my service dog and they fought me tooth and nail about paying the pet fee eventually kicked me out when I proved to them they can’t ask me why my animal is a registered service animal nor try to force me to pay for him, it literally states it in their contract. One morning when I went to pay on my room she told me I couldn’t because they were already completely booked when you clearly know that was a lie because once you stay over a month and pay for a full week at least you are locked into your reservation, that’s why it’s called extended stay people literally live here. Although I do prefer the outdoor rooms at the other location, I much rather be here because of the staff. The rooms are exactly the same so don’t worry if it’s any better room wise. The manager Nicole here is the sweetest person so if you have any issues, definitely ask for her. All the staff here has been so sweet and they don’t bother you unless someone complains about you. For instance, I put my cats litter box in the kitchen when I leave because I need to shut the bathroom door so my dog won’t chew up my razor, for some reason my dog loves chewing them apart lol. One night someone came in behind me and when I opened my door, of course they smelled the litter box. I was really upset when I got a note they complained about the cat smell because people should mind their own business you clearly saw my room is clean and their complaint could get me kicked out. I went to the desk the next morning to talk to Nicole and explain why they smelled cat smell she was really understanding and nice to me about it. Also she has helped me a few times I was waiting on my pay and let me pay the next day. I have been here for 3 months already and I’ve built a relationship with the staff they know I will pay when I tell them I will so it’s a courtesy they extend me I wanted to put that on here so you know how helpful and awesome the staff has been for me and I’m sure others once you build a relationship after a lengthy stay.
