I'm a big Toyota fan, we were originally supposed to get a new red Tacoma that was allocated to the dealership and was supposed to get there in 6 weeks, I put a $1000 deposit on it with Will. But somehow it was given to someone else and I ended up driving away in a used 2019 black Tacoma. After about 6 months I sold the truck back to Kendall. The salesman Randy said the check($23k) would be ready in a few days and he would call us to pick it up instead of mailing it. Over a week later he didn't call and when we called he said the check (23k) was mailed, and hung up on me when I was expressing frustration. As a profession they should do what they say and say what they do. I leased my first Tacoma from Kendall in 2017 and have been in often but I'll probably go over the MTN for my next yoda. Car Salespeople are usually viewed and ranked as the most unethical and dishonest professions.

My first salesman James left me feeling pressured and frustrated with all the sales tactics. Although I’m happy to report my experience with josh kondo was amazing. Nothing but smooth sailing and zero pressure. Thanks josh for answering all my questions and helping me get into my 2022 tacoma !
