Even though it took Ford two years to deliver our Bronco, Steve and Matt were exceptional throughout the entire process. Literally the best car buying experience I have ever had. We definitely got the "car salesman" vibe from a couple of the younger salesman, but they were always friendly and tactful. Inventory has always seemed high quality, and I think they do a good job of going through their used vehicles. Our previous purchase of a used Expedition was good as well.
