I love Best Buy, but this is easily the worst I have ever been in. Play Best Buy store I’ve ever been and where they purposely don’t wear blue polo shirts, so you don’t know who’s an employee and who isn’t. Had to find attendees multiple times even just to get basic stuff, literally no one was on the floor except one woman in the Microsoft area, and she was working hard. Came in for an air conditioner and earbuds that I knew were both in stock, took over an hour and a half to grab the AC, find someone to unlock them the earbuds, and check out. I legit love Best Buy, but this is not Best Buy at their best. I’d suggest going to Columbia or Towson instead.

Don't bother with their "warranties". Think that it would be top service warranty with geek squad and everything but apparently even with "geeks", they don't know how to change a name on warranties. The other person has to use your account. Pathetic. Mine as well go to Walmart and get even/better service. Only reason for best buy was reliability and now it's gone.

Great location service-wise. Always nice, friendly, and taking care of my needs. I liked the location more before they downsized it - I love walking around a techie store slowly and browsing. You can still do that, just in half the time! :) Never overcrowded, curbside pick up is available as well.

I got a laptop for my boyfriend as a surprise with some of my tax return, but it wasn't working. When we finally got a chance to go to best buy they told us they couldn't go through warranty and that they couldn't replace it. We ended up paying for some kind of service only to be told afterwards that they wouldn't replace our laptop with one that was a similar price. The sales person was wonderful and we were able to get a better laptop at a bit of a cheaper price but weren't able to cancel the service. Besides that, I still like best buy and will continue to go and get purchase electronics from them.

Deb, yes you can get one printed at customer service but before you do you should know; it can take up to 48 hours for an email with your digital receipt to be sent to you.
A quick Google search shows that the Laurel store has 2 $80 drones in stock as of 7am Thanksgiving day.

Yup, the geek squad will do that for a fee. Removals perhaps not, unsure about that, certainly if you purchase the replacement then i feel like they will remove. When you say remove it...what do you mean? From the wall or your home in general for disposal?

i could care less about someone answering a phone, it was an analogy for how much of a let down this place is to someone who actually wants to work for them. 2 years of trying to get in and what happens? You get turned away only for the same place to hire someone who ends up leaving soon as they realize they don't like the job. Now tell me that's not a problem. Its more of a scheme then anything
They will try to sell you a new one, the Apple guy there can't do anything but sell to you. Better off going to the Apple store
