I came in for a walk in. Was encouraged to sign in because someone would be with me within 45 minutes. Signed in. Took an hour and a half and nobody was "available" despite multiple barbers taking a break outside for the entire duration of the second half of the wait. Had to go somewhere so I left after the hour and a half wait. I had been coming to this barber monthly for a while, but despite never got service and was told a day later that I should've made an appointment, even though multiple barbers were still on call and taking a break outside for the entire extra 45 minutes I was waiting. They give good cuts but they will not give you service even if other barbers are available. This poor communication and giving absolutely no service to people waiting a long time, or even throwing them a bone (in the form of a discount) is appalling. Completely turned me off from the place after going there regularly. Basically it seems that if you're not black, they won't try to make any time for you after encouraging you to stay and wait.
