The installers, Erik and John, were awesome. They took the time to explain everything and literally walked me through my thermostat and heater from beginning to end. This will be my go to company for all my heating and air needs. I can’t say enough about how great and professional these guys were. It feels good to work with a company that cares and actually know what they are doing. Thank you Erik and John. And my initial contact was with Gabriel who made me feel like this was the company to choose. My heater malfunctioning caused my air conditioner not to function because it is connected to the heating system. Gabriel came in and got my air to work so I can cool off in this horrible heat, even before he tried to sell me a heater. This sealed the deal and I will be forever grateful for Gabriel and his assistance. I never felt pressured to buy anything. I am a customer for life!

Danny, Jojo and Hector from Affordable Air And Heating replaced our furnace and AC today. They were extremely nice, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The entire process was simple and professional. Danny did an exceptional job of showing me how to fully operate the system and gave me great advice on future maintenance and how to make the system last as long as possible. Jojo and Hector were very nice as well. We really enjoyed the process and I highly recommend Affordable Air and Heating for HVAC work.

Called last week because our air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I spoke to Tina when I called Affordable Air and she was able to schedule us for same day service. The technician that came was Sean and he was the best!!! He was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly. The part that was needed wouldn't be available till the next day. Sean returned early the next day and replaced the part. He tested our AC and did the necessary maintenance on our system. We had only moved into our home several months before and were not familiar with our system. Sean took the time to inform and educate us on our system. Not only will be calling Affordable Air for any future needs, we will definitely be requesting Sean as our technician. Thank you so much!!!!

I've been with this company for many years now. I rely on their expertise to keep my AC running. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The technicians always let me know what is happening and explain step by step what they are doing. They also answer all my questions (and I ask a lot of questions). I purchased my AC/Furnace from them and they installed. I would have no other service my system. Absolutely confident and satisfied.
