No notice seen of take out only and I saw Employees eating inside. When I grabbed my lunch no one told me I couldn't only to be harassed halfway thru my lunch to leave. Idiots

I order a medium ice caramel macchiato at 9:15am, instead I get SMALL coffee ground drink. Not just a little but a whole ton of it. Didn’t realize it until I got to work and seeing coffee ground just floating. Highly disappointed.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Tried giving me someone else's order. Corrected them 3 times which sodas I ordered (only ordered 2 meals...). Ordered 2 large fries and got a total of less than 1 "large" fry. Nothing but blank stares when i said my order was incorrect.

Perhaps the employees are resentful of presumptuous customers who overestimate the importance a meal sold on incredibly slim margins has on a menial wage.
