When I went to the drive-through at 7pm, the employee played an automated message stating the store was closed (when they close at 11pm and other cars were in the drive-through) then proceeded to listen to my private conversation about debating on leaving and chimed in to say "go ahead". Corporate should fire everyone or close this location. Extremely unprofessional.

This is my neighborhood Wendy's and I like the food. But service is usually extremely slow. Maybe set aside a good 30-45 mins going to the drive thru. On the inside I have encountered quite a few rude and unprofessional employees. I worked for Wendy's as a teen and what I see at this location was unacceptable back when I worked for the franchise. If you customize your order there is a solid 60% chance they get it wrong. Breakfast was good my first time trying it from this location. Inside is usually fairly clean but always smells like they've used old mop water. Could use a ton of improvements. Updated: 6/25/22 service still a bit slow but definitely more understandable. Quicker than it was so a plus is a plus. Only got a q0 PC spicy nugget meal but it is hot fresh and crispy. Also had a guy working the parking lot sweeping up trying to keep the place clean. I am glad to see some improvements have happened and this location can be headed to a great place I know it could be. Hopefully the positives keep coming and improving. Great job.

Waited 20 mins for fresh fries turns out we waited for nothing but cold old room temperature fries. They even locked up the door so we couldn't get a exchange or a refund when we went back. Even called the store no one picked up.

The fries were good and hot and the manager was nice. When I got home I noticed there was waaay too much sauce on my sandwich. There was a ton on the top bread down to the lettuce and bacon. I ended up taking the bread completely off because it was soggy and just too much.
