Today the line was long, and only one lane for drive thru. I ordered 2 large coffees, and a sundae, the order kept coming up lattes. Once fixed I drove to pay and the middle age woman was on her phone talking to someone, and not paying attention to what was going on. I couldn't tell if she was the one taking the order but as little as I go there she's been on her phone during company time before. I usually let things like this slide, but I hate long lines for no reason, and it could have been due to the situation.

If you're gonna close at 9 at least turn off your ordering system instead of letting people order until 10:45, just kinda common sense. Also seems like you guys are always closed at 9, maybe update your google hours to reflect that. Honestly anytime I go there and you guys are ACTUALLY open the food is mid for a McDonald's

The problem I had is not the fault of this McDonald's location but is a bigger corporate problem and involves the app. I went to McD's to get lunch for the office and I used the drive thru. I had a coupon so I gave the coupon number when I ordered. I get to the pay window and find out that the ENTIRE ORDER was AUTOMATICALLY put on my credit card that I had added to the app previously. This happened because I used a coupon so the system could identify me at the time of ordering. WHAT??? The app doesn't even ask if your card should be used. At Starbuck's you can scan for stars OR scan for stars AND pay. The Starb's app let's YOU decide how to pay for the order every time. I had wanted to put the McD's order on the company credit card since the company was buying the office lunch. Instead I personally ended up buying $50 worth of food for the entire office. I did not authorize that payment method for this order. I had no idea that using a coupon would automatically put the order on my card. I deleted my card from the in-app payment feature so McD's won't be deciding for me how to pay, in the future. I recommend that you DO NOT ADD A CREDIT CARD TO THE APP. McD's takes liberties with charging your card without asking first.

McDonald's cinnamon roll: In late October 2020 McDonalds introduced their new McCafé Bakery lineup, which included this cinnamon roll. I’ve wanted to try it since then, but I just never got around to it. I decided this would be a great opportunity to try one as I got it for free by ordering in the McDonald’s app and taking advantage of their “Mariah Menu” deal this December. The roll is giant, but not quite as big as Cinnabon’s version. There is plenty of sweet cream cheese icing and the roll itself has a satisfying amount of cinnamon flavor. The dough is warm, thick, buttery, and chewy. I’m thoroughly impressed with McDonald’s on this one. I sometimes like my cinnamon rolls chilled, but this one was fantastic warm.
