Great customer service I went in to buy a new phone and Julian one of the worker there really went out of his way to help me. He got me the best deal they had and even helped me add an additional line to my plan. This has been one of the best services I have revieved at T mobile. They make their customers feel welcomed. Especially Julian he went out of his way to help me and provided the best service possible

Julian gave us the best customer service that I've ever had from a phone company. He was instantly and continuously helpful in resolving our issues. He was patient and very knowledgeable regarding all the T-Mobil practices. This is the best customer service I have received in decades. I wish all T-Mobil reps were as excellent as Julian.

I came here a month ago and was helped by a young girl named Lupe. She didn’t seem to understand what I needed at first compared to her colleague that night. But she ended up getting it. The problem I experienced is that she added 2 lines to my plan without telling me. I only needed the new phone and watch. I already had my lines so why would I need more? Apparently she did it so I could get promotions on the watch but that would have cost me over $350 due to her making a decision without my consent. I wouldn’t go back here if she’s there. I would have preferred her colleague if she wasn’t busy that night. Not coming back here if that’s how their employees handles peoples accounts.
