Last night I placed an order through door dash for delivery around 3am after I got home from work for chicken tenders and a burger. I get a message from my dasher about an hour later saying that they don’t have chicken tenders and that I need to cancel my order. At this point, nothing else was open to order from and I never ended up getting dinner. I get that sometimes places run out of things. That’s totally fine. But what should have happened is that someone from George Webb should have reached out to me via phone right when the order came through to suggest a replacement, or even just say they wouldn’t be able to fulfill the order at this time. Instead, I have to wait an hour until everything else is closed, just to find out from the guy that was supposed to be picking up my food.

Completely messed up our Uber eats order. Burgers were missing toppings like lettuce tomato and more, eggs were completely overdone and hard when wanted Over easy. Skimped out on a side of hash browns, barely a few bites of it, and forgot parts of our order entirely like our drinks, and onion rings were soggy and undercooked. Receipt on bag clearly says exactly what we ordered, so seems like they chose not to read it. Don’t go here, go to the one on 3rd st. 2nd time being horribly disappointed here, never going back.

The food was excellent!! We both had the traditional All-American breakfast. Great job ladies taking care of us. This will be our new go-to place for breakfast.
