Walked in to do an online return. Alyssa was fantastic, had great recommendations, and was super friendly. Clean store, good selection, everybody is very helpful. Ended up seeing a nice bike outside and had a friendly chat with Evan, talking shop. Definitely coming back for all my cycle needs.

I’ve been going to my local cycle gear for 20 years and had good experiences in the beginning but worst over time for various reasons including bad customer service, high prices, etc. During my last visit i was pleasantly surprised by the help from the employees. They were attentive, enthusiastic, and very respectful to both me and more importantly my family. I ended up spending more than I should but left satisfied. I do not mind spending more money when I’m treated well and have an enjoyable experience. I hope they read this review and keep up the good work. Well done cycle gear!

Great people, always helpful and knowledgeable with products. Whether your street, sport, cruiser, off road they got products and staff are knowledgeable. Bought a helmet I wasn’t familiar with, and although there were many higher prices helmets, staff gave me the breakdown and let me make my decision with good insight.

I needed a new helmet and saw this Cycle Gear location had what I wanted. I usually shop Redwood City's, but they didn't show any left. This store was very helpful and found the helmet in the size I wanted to try on. It was too small so I took a medium. I was offered a chance to be fitted but I declined. I should have tried a large size as I returned the next day and traded. I am very satisfied with the service I was given. I would go back, but only if my local store doesn't have what I am looking for. Thanks.

They have a decent selection of jerseys and over a dozen helmets and maybe a dozen models of boots. Enough to find something.
Its riding gear, tires, and etc... they don't sell motorcycles, however, they may have a bulletin board where people post used bike by owners. But craigslist.org is good for that
Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
Cash and all the major credit cards are accepted at stores. You may also be eligible for financing through Sunbit.
Yup, someone working there should be able to help you find a helmet that fits well.
They don't. Santa Clara Cycle does for free with purchase of tire but wheel must be off bike
Cyclegear on line.
This location does not , however they have Spec one racing attached to the back of the building who offer a full service motorcycle shop
