Walmart Vision & Glasses

Called to check on my glasses since its been 3 weeks with no call and no one answered. Every time I call i'm put on hold and no one ever picks up. Easier to just go to walmart than calling or waiting for them to call you.

Twice I came to this Walmart to see an optometrist and buy glasses. The first time, there was no optometrist. I left. Today, I called first. I was told the optometrist would be in from 3:30 to 7:30. I told the receptionist I live in the mountains, she told me to come down and they would fit me in. I arrived at 4:15 pm. The optometrist office had 21 people waiting! Walmart San Bernardino at University shares an optometrist with Walmart in Redlands. I won’t go back there again. Bad service.
