Best total wine branch out there. Always have everything we need, AND has exceptionally knowledgeable staff. This location can get busy, but the staff are remarkably good at getting everyone through the line and on their way to whatever party is ahead.

Came here to pick up a decent sized order for my wedding cocktail reception - the staff and management were great - they gave us discounts on what they could and were very accommodating! I usually shop at my local branch up here in Seattle, and the Seattle people directed us to this one in Pasadena since we were having our wedding back in SoCal. I'll always buy my beer and good here. A Costco-sized selection of wine, beer, spirits, mixers and yes - even mead. As impressive as the store was, I can’t help but dock it one star. Here’s why: It was my first time visiting the store as I placed an order specifically for their last two bottles of Hard to find 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon. I drove 1/2hr out of my way only to find that once I picked up my online order, they had switched it for two 1.5L bottles of a 2019. They didn’t bother to tell me - so I could have gotten home only to find then if their mistake. Thankfully I checked it in store, when the associate only then decided to tell me it was a “stocking error” why they didn’t even have the 2015. Needless to say, I immediately returned both of them. Not a great look and left a bad impression. I sincerely hope the next customer doesn’t experience the same.

I love coming to this store. I am new to drinking wine, and it was definitely overwhelming at first. But thanks to the tastings the store offers and the associates that work at the store are very knowledgeable about different wines and can help pair the perfect wine to occasion. I have definitely gone back here even though it is really far from me. They offer a 6 for 6 special offer and discount. I would highly recommend for anyone to come here for their alcohol needs.

Yes, and it's very easy. The desk is just just past the cashiers in the back corner of the stor. Often you need to ask if someone can come over to help.

There are hand sanitizer dispensers at the entrance and also wipes for the carts. The workers are mindful and have masks on and keep their distance. There are indicators on the floor on where to stand if you're in line also. I felt fine during my in store shopping. If you're not comfortable with in-store shopping, they have a lot of spaces in the parking lot for pick up orders. At least 6 spots. I didn't count.
