The employees and optometrist were friendly and helpful. I preferred the slightly more expensive styles than the 2 for $38 options, but I ended up getting one pair with another at $70 off, so I still got two nice pairs that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I needed glasses ASAP, both pairs were ready in less than the hour advertised, about 40 minutes while I was having lunch. I also got a warranty with free lens repairs and tightening if needed.

The staffing was excellent with minimal wait time. Very helpful, allowed me plenty of time to pick out my new frames while they researched my insurance benefits for me. They had my new glasses ready to go in only 18 minutes…Wow! Who does that? Eyemart Express, that’s who!!

This place in Eugene ,OR on Coburg rd. has such friendly, patient women working there…they don’t rush you, sometimes there is a line of people and you wait for an hour, however they are pleasant, they take everyone AS they come in…and treat each person with interest and kindness. Even fairly grumpy people were treated with patience. ;) there was a VA Vet there who didn’t have a current subscription so they called the VA for him rather than sending him out to navigate that system alone. Because there were 8 customers in front of me, I had the opportunity to see them interact with people of all ages, temperaments, etc. They treated each person with respect. The lab is efficient, my glasses were done in 45 minutes, they texted me and I came back to get them. it took an hour of waiting to pick them up, but I came there at 5 pm on a weekday so that is expected. My glasses were perfect. They fit well, they are high quality and I’m very pleased. The cost comes in around Costco prices…mine were around 200 a pair, I paid cash, but they also bill insurance. They have a huge selection of frames of all prices, from $19.99 generic frames, to $250 if you want Oakley or Coach, etc. Mine were $69.00 frames, Geek brand, and those are $99 online at their company website, so they clearly give a discounted price for brand name frames. The second pair was a frame I brought in (David Levy frames are such high quality and my daughter got me a pair for Christmas) they only charge a 10 dollar reframing fee. They also do sunglasses and readers. They have cute cases and other merch, and a good one year scratch protection for 29 bucks…you can replaced the lenses as many times in a year as you need to for scratches. Eyemart Express in Eugene is SO much more friendly and efficient than Costco. The quality is so much better than online places ID been using for a few years.. that have cheap glasses for half the price, and less than half the quality.

Awesome customer service and incredible prices. Despite being out-of-network for my insurance (VSP) they were still cheaper than anyone in-network. Also they made two pairs of glasses in 45 min instead of waiting 7-10 business days. I love this place and it's people.

I have been there. People are lined up outside the door when they open. They are super busy!
This is not an Ophthalmologist office just an optician. If you are looking for a cataract evaluation just google "ophthalmologist near me".
Yes
Eye exam is $89, frames start at $19.95 and single vision plastic lenses start at $49.95. But if you get single vision plastic lenses with a $19.95 frame it's only $38.71! (And it comes with a second pair free with the same exclusions applying)
Call em and find out.....nice try
They do bill Medicare.
Probably not
Depends, call and ask them. They are really friendly.
Anywhere from 20 to 200
Yes
I think they do repairs only on things that you bought thereyes that would be a true statement
