THE BEST-responsive and great work--Anybody who gets conned into a recliner warranty e.g. Jerome's-forget calling on your warranty--it is a scam, they won't return your call, "waiting on parts", A long wait", "my dog ate my homework type BS--just write off your warranty cost, Call Craigs and get it fixed & fixed quickly and right..and LEARN for the future, no furniture warranties because the company that sold you the warranty doesn't fix anything and it has you call another company which is a complete ghost..just check the reviews for Jerome's and you will get the idea.....

This is the 3rd time I have used Craig Furniture Repair. Each time, they have exceeded my expectations. I am sad that I will be moving out of state because I would only take my furniture that needs repair to Craig's. Below is a before and after photo of a night stand that they just completed for me. I have a power recliner chair that quit working. I searched the internet for someone who could fix my chair which was stuck in the fully reclined position. I am very appreciative of previous customers reviews and read them all. I was most impressed with Guy of Craig furniture repair reviews .I contacted Guy who I quickly became impressed with. His professionalism, courtesy and efficiency . His shop is a long distance from my home and he alerted me when he had another call in my general area. He was punctual and determined the problem was the motor. He had to order one for me but put a temporary motor in my chair so I would be able to use it until he returned with the new motor. I can't say enough of how happy and satisfied I was with this experience. If I could give more stars to Guy I certainly would. I recommend him very highly. John Martin

I wasn't sure my LazyBoy recliner was worth repairing. A quick drop off at Craig Furniture Repair to find out, it was easily repairable, cost affordable and I had the chair back in 4 days! LazyBoy factory repair is a 6 week time frame and costly, so not an option. Thrilled with Guy's knowledge and consideration! Excellent example of a family run business who cares about their customers!
