Very difficult to get the office on the phone. You can only leave messages and hope they get them and reply. The wait in the office is very long. I like Dr. Schwachman just fine, but when I really need him I can't reach him.

Monica is satan incarnate. Zero compassion. Dr gives out meds like candy. He really should be investigated. With the opioid crisis in full motion you’d think he’d come up with alternative pain relief but he doesn’t…. Just pills.

I called to cancel my appointment 2 days prior to my scheduled appointment. I couldn’t get a hold of a live person to cancel. The animated system said to talk to the receptionist press 0 but the voicemail was full. I couldn’t even talk to a receptionist. You can’t get a hold of a live person for any type of call it’s all animated. I eventually left a message to cancel on the cancellation line and asked to have my appointment rescheduled. I never got a call to reschedule. A week later I got a bill for failing to show for my appointment.

Worst doctor ever. I was a patient and ended up in the hospital for a kidney stone and the doctor taking care of me called him to make sure anything he prescribed me was fine and didn’t interfere with anything he prescribed me then I call a few weeks later and am told he is dropping me as a patient because of whatever conversation he had with that doctor with no explanation. Very unprofessional.
